DELIVERIES & RETURNS

We hope to dispatch all orders received by 12pm on the same day.  Orders after this time will be sent out on the following working day.  During busier periods, this may not always be possible, however, we will send out your order no longer than 3 working days after you have placed it. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.  

We currently offer dispatch prices to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland (please see below for all other destinations)  The standard delivery charge is £3.95 per delivery (not per item).  Your items are delivered using either Royal Mail or one of our couriers.  This will vary due to the size and weight of your item(s).  We will confirm which delivery method we will use once we receive your order.  

Please note thatitems incur an extra delivery charge from our standard £3.95. If this is the case, it will be stated clearly on the item description.  

Deliveries outside Mainland UK (and Northern Ireland)

At the moment, we can only give prices for our UK MAINLAND deliveries.  This however, does not mean we will not send to your chosen country.  If you email us at : craftyaffair@hotmail.co.uk  detailing the item (s) you would like to buy and which country they will be sent to,  we can then give a price for delivery.  

RETURNS


We really hope that you are delighted with your product(s) from "A Crafty Affair".  However, if you are not satisfied you are entitled to a 14 day (from the day you receive your item) refund.   If the item is faulty or not as described, then you do not have to pay the standard (£3.95) postal cost.  For all other reasons for return, we are not able to cover this cost.
