TEMPORARY CHANGES DUE TO COVID

We have had to make the following changes to our delivery services due to COVID. Please note that these are temporary changes and will be reviewed weekly to keep within government guidelines.

UK MAINLAND (and Northern Ireland) POSTAL ORDERS

We are only posting orders UK wide twice weekly at present on Monday & Thursdays. (No matter which postal option you choose)

Free UK mainland (and Northern Ireland) delivery on orders over £50.00 – your order will be sent standard 2nd class.

Standard 2nd Class (using Royal Mail) - £3.95

1st Class (using Royal Mail) - £4.95

Greeting Cards only delivery - £1.50 – this option will use standard 2nd class letter mail. Your order must only contain greeting cards and NOT any other item. Orders that contain non greeting cards items will not be sent using this delivery, and you will be fully refunded allowing you to reorder using one of the above options instead. This option is here to allow customers a cheaper option if only buying greetings cards.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £15.00

We are delivering locally on a Monday and a Thursday.

Please note that we will do our best to meet the above timings, however, under the current situation this may not always be guaranteed.

For local delivery to the above postcodes under £15.00, there is a £3.00 charge.

CLICK & COLLECT

Under current lockdown restrictions, we are NOT able to offer our usual Click and Collect service.

We currently use Royal Mail for our deliveries. On certain items that are heavier or larger we may use a courier. If this is the case, you will be informed of which courier will be delivering your item.

Once dispatched, Royal mail aim to dispatch 1st class orders in 1 – 2 days, and 2nd class orders in 3 – 4 days. This is subject to change, particularly in busy periods. These timescales are guidelines only.

ROYAL MAIL deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19. Please allow for this when ordering.

Deliveries outside Mainland UK and Northern Ireland

At the moment, we can only give prices for our UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. However, this does not mean that we will not deliver to your chosen area. If you email us at – craftyaffair@hotmail.co.uk detailing the item(s) you would like to buy and where they will be sent to, we will get a price for delivery for you.

RETURNS

We really hope that you are delighted with your product(s) from us. However, if you are not satisfied you are entitled to a 14 day (from the day you receive your item) refund. If the item is faulty then you do not have to pay the standard postal cost (3.95). For all other reasons for return we are not able to cover this cost.
